New Zealand Delivery

All orders are subject to stock availability. A shipping and handling charge of NZ$6.90 applies to orders less than NZ$70. Free shipping available on all NZ orders over NZ$70. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery within New Zealand.

All domestic orders are sent via NZ Post and are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date you place your order. Orders placed on Fridays after 10am will be dispatched on following week Tuesday as we are closed on Mondays.

We use economy tracked service for all orders to ensure your order reaches you safe. We will send you the tracking information once the order is dispatched so you can track the item.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid any delays. Takshe accepts no responsibility for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Please be aware that our standard tracking deliveries do not require a signature. If you have any delivery instructions, please include this at checkout. Any parcels left at the address you provide is solely your responsibility as the recipient. Takshe accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to the parcel or its contents once it has been delivered.

In any circumstances where the delivery may be delayed beyond the normal timeframe due to any unforeseen events, we will make every effort to keep you informed on the estimated timeframe.

Australia Delivery

We ship to Australia at NZ$24.90 for orders less than NZ$290. Free shipping on orders over NZ$290. Please allow up to 3 - 7 business days for international delivery.

All the product prices and shipping charges given in our website are exclusive of any import duties based in your location. As recipient of the order, you shall be liable to pay for any import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are in. The failure to make any such payments as applicable may result in your order being held at customs and possibly becoming unretrievable.

We are currently not able to offer delivery to other international countries through our website.
