New Zealand Delivery

All orders are subject to stock availability. We offer free standard shipping on all NZ orders over NZ$80. Please allow the delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days for standard economy shipping within New Zealand. A standard shipping fee of NZ$6.99 applies to orders less than NZ$80.

Courier Overnight option: If you require your orders much faster for a special event, please select the courier overnight option to have your order delivered within 1-2 business days (from dispatch) within New Zealand. A shipping and handling charge of NZ$9.50 applies for courier overnight delivery.

All domestic orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date you place your order and send out via NZ Post. Orders placed on Fridays after 10am will be dispatched on following week Tuesday as we don’t operate on Mondays.

We use economy tracked service for all orders to ensure your order reaches you safe. We will email you the tracking information once the order is dispatched so you can track the item.

Please be aware that our standard tracking deliveries do not require a signature. If you have any delivery instructions, please include this at checkout. In any circumstances where the delivery may be delayed beyond the normal timeframe due to any unforeseen events, we will make every effort to keep you informed on the estimated timeframe.

Australia Delivery

We ship to Australia at NZ$23.99 for orders less than NZ$290. Free shipping on orders over NZ$290. Please allow up to 3 - 8 business days for international delivery.

We ship the orders to Fiji at flat shipping rate of NZ$25.99. Please allow up to 3 - 8 business days for international delivery.
