We take every effort to pack the products with care, so it reaches you with all the shine.
We do not offer change of mind exchanges, returns or refunds, so please choose products carefully.
In case the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we are here to make it right!
We ask that you take an unboxing video of opening your package. If you notice a damage or fault, get in touch with us at our Whatsapp: +65 27 802 5414 within 48 hours of receipt of order in order to help you with the refund for faulty or damaged item, unless listed as non-refundable on website.
To submit a refund request, you are required to send us below:
(a) clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time
(b) close picture of the damaged or faulty item.
Note, any requests raised without the required evidence may not be eligible for review.
Once a refund is approved, the return of order instructions will be sent to you. You will be required to return the item to us within 10 days unless stated otherwise.
Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 48 hours on to your original payment method. Please note that this may exclude any courier charges applied.
